Production time: Every item is printed to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping time (after production):
- US domestic: 3–5 business days (standard)
- International: 7–20 business days, depending on destination
Total delivery time is production time + shipping time — typically 1–3 weeks for US orders.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delays: Occasionally weather, holidays, or carrier delays affect delivery times beyond our estimates. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems significantly delayed.
Lost or misdelivered packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days at contact@simplyhusky.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country.
